The 38th Annual Richfield Springs Winter Carnival celebrates The Fun Side of Winter as we highlight many reasons why people visit our winter wonderland

Every Year, in the middle of winter, Richfield Springs, NY, serves up a sure antidote to cabin fever. It's the Richfield Springs Winter Carnival, celebrating the best of the snowy season (indoors and outdoors). This year's event Begins JANUARY 28TH and Ends on FEBRUARY 7th , 2009.
